Through generous and resourceful friends, we have an amazing opportunity this year to multiply our dollars 6x*! For example, a $100 donation will be matched with an additional $500 so that the orgs get $600! We'll be splitting donations evenly between both orgs.
There are two ways to contribute: come to a preservation party with radical fermenters and make miso! Or donate directly by sending a check (yes, an old-fashioned paper check! sorry!).
* There is a cap on the matching, but it's hard to say how much because multiple fundraisers are tapping into some of the same pool of matching funds. Will update if it gets close.

Come make miso with us June 7 at 2 PM. We're doing this outdoors in a backyard in East Oakland. Suggested donation $40–$120, more is always welcome. About $20 per person covers the jar of miso you take home; everything beyond that goes into the matching pot. Address shared to folks who RSVP.
The memo line matters — it routes your gift into the fund we're collecting through. EBCF will issue you a tax receipt.
